“Confessions of a Superhero”

I must have been asleep in 2007 when this film came out and missed it.

“Confessions of a Superhero” is directed by Matt Ogens and tells the story of four superheroes who try to make a living along Hollywood Boulevard in front of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre by having their photos taken with tourists.  Sometimes life is not so easy.

“Confessions of a Superhero” delves into four of these superhero characters and talks about celebrity, fantasy, and the human spirit.

The film focuses on Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and The Hulk. All have their own stories and their own lives as superheroes and as people wanting to be more then what life has given them.

Well worth watching. When the DVD was over I wanted more and watched all of the bonus material and watched the film a second time with commentary by Chris “Superman” Dennis and his wife Bonnie. Beautiful and moving.

I want to be a superhero too.
